Educational Qualification
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree is preferred but not mandatory.Required Experience
- 7-10 years of proven business development, sales, or account management experience within the marketing, advertising, or creative services industries.
- Experience with US-based and international clients, particularly with large corporations, is a significant advantage.
- Expertise in responding to RFI, RFP and Pitch initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), along with experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., MediaFerry AI).
- US market knowledge and experience working within agencies or consultancies that serve the North American market.
