Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving new business opportunities while ensuring seamless execution of marketing and operational projects. You will collaborate across teams to identify, qualify, and nurture potential B2B clients while also managing marketing campaigns and initiatives with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibility Areas
B2B Lead Generation (60%) :
LinkedIn Automation :
- Utilize advanced LinkedIn automation tools and techniques to generate high-quality B2B leads.
- Develop and implement effective outreach campaigns to engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders on LinkedIn.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in LinkedIn automation to optimize and improve lead generation strategies continuously.
Target Audience Mapping & Research :
- Analyze industry trends, competitor landscapes, and customer behaviors.
- Use automation tools like Salesql, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. to create a comprehensive list of the target audience of EKCS.
- Utilize surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather insights into customer preferences and behaviors.
B2B Email Marketing (ABM Strategy) :
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aligned with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Develop compelling and personalized email content for specific target accounts, ensuring high engagement and relevance.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to enhance effectiveness.
- Implement multi-channel drip campaigns to nurture and convert leads into high-quality opportunities.
AI-Driven Tools and Sequencing :
- Leverage AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance lead generation processes and optimize campaign outcomes.
- Utilize data analytics to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement in lead generation efforts.
- Implement effective sequencing strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel and maximize conversion rates.
Performance Analysis and Reporting :
- Monitor and analyze lead generation campaign performance, providing regular insights and reports to the management team.
- Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and recommend improvements.
- Manage opportunities and the sales cycle using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and Salesforce.
Project Coordination (40%) :
Project Planning and Execution :
- Coordinate and manage the execution of lead generation campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress to achieve campaign objectives.
- Assist in resource allocation and scheduling to support successful campaign execution.
Stakeholder Management :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align campaign efforts with overall business goals.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
Task Management and Documentation :
- Maintain and update project documentation, including task lists, timelines, and progress reports.
- Track and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient project completion and adherence to deadlines.
Risk Management :
- Identify potential risks and issues in campaign execution and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Monitor project dependencies and proactively address any challenges to ensure smooth operations.
Preferred Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, with expertise in LinkedIn automation, email marketing, and AI-driven tools.
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and execution.
- Proficiency in tools like SalesQL, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms e.g., HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
