Role Description
We are looking for a skilled Google Ads Expert with 3-4 years of experience to develop, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, expertise in keyword research, ad copywriting, bidding strategies, and budget management, and a proven track record of driving conversions and maximizing ROI.
The role involves campaign management, performance analysis, A/B testing, and strategy development while ensuring seamless execution through Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and adherence to Google Ads policies. Strong communication skills are essential for client collaboration, reporting, and aligning paid strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Create and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient spend.
Optimization & Analysis:
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
- Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads trends and best practices.
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Google Ads strategies to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
- Identify and recommend new opportunities for campaign optimization and growth.
Client Communication:
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide campaign updates and performance reports.
- Present campaign strategies and results to clients.
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Technical Proficiency:
- Implement and manage Google tag manager.
- Setup and manage conversion tracking.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all google ads policies.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of driving conversions and maximizing ROI.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization.
- Ability to manage budgets and prioritize tasks effectively.
