Designation : Brand Designer

Location : Gurugram, Haryana / Remotely

Business/Functional Unit : Support Marketing

Reports to : Senior Brand Designer

Role Description

Responsible for supporting EKCS marketing and sales team by creative high-impact visual designs and marketing collaterals. The role requires a cross-functional experience and an open minded approach to visual design. The scope of work is broad as the creative requirement could vary from working on a templated presentation to developing a strategic visual design concept from scratch.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Support development of EKCSs visual brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Execute design systems that allow people on and outside of your team to quickly and repeatedly meet brand standards.
  • Work in partnership with Marketing, Sales and Operations to understand their needs and provide comprehensive design guidance and support. Also, look at the campaign data to understand what visuals and designs perform better and develop new creative/visual concepts.
  • Effectively manage multiple briefs at a time, prioritizing where necessary and providing updates where relevant.
  • Create Powerpoint Presentations, Google Slides Decks, Social Media Creatives, Infographics, Videos, Website Landing Pages (UI), Email Designs, Leaflets, White Papers and other marketing collaterals across digital, video and print channels.

Preferred Qualification & Experience

  • 5+ years experience as a working creative, plus current title equivalent to Graphic Designer, Art Director, and a matching portfolio.
  • Experience developing and/or executing integrated marketing campaigns by collaborating with other designers and marketers.
  • Familiar with taking ideation and conception through execution and deployment (experience in B2B marketing environment preferred).
  • History collaborating with multiple internal departments to ensure brand standards and strategies through production.
  • Ability to deliver work independently while actively helping and supporting others as an essential member of the marketing team.
  • Strong portfolio of work including (but not limited to) websites, videos, social media assets, motion graphics, print, infographics, presentations, case studies, event collateral, and illustrations.
  • Previous experience with a mission-driven company is preferred.
